However, if you’re not satisfied, please read the following policy:
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products.
• Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
• Customized or made-to-measure orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items (subject to stock availability).
• For exchanges, please contact our support team before sending back the product.
